Preparing your order
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. In this case, we will notify you by email and update you on the expected dispatch date.
